These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile game Mall Cleaner (the "App" or "Game"), developed by waronsite ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The App is intended for general audiences. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, we will take steps to remove such information in accordance with applicable law.
The App may offer sign-in through Google Play Games, with an anonymous Firebase-authenticated fallback if Play Games sign-in is unavailable or declined. You are responsible for maintaining the security of any account or device used to access the App. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

The App may offer optional in-app purchases of virtual currency, items, or features ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value outside the App, are non-transferable, and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or platform policy (e.g., Google Play's refund policy). All purchases are processed through the applicable app store and are subject to that store's terms of service.

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, code, music, text, and trademarks, is owned by waronsite or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
The App integrates with third-party services, including Google Play Games Services and Firebase. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, waronsite SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the App after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
